    ＜Job Description＞
    - Responsible for ensuring the company's materials & products meet specification as well as safety and reliability standards for quality control.
    - Ensure proper quarantine of problemed product, Hold & Release, by implement Non Conformance process/procedure to support company best benefit and reputation.
    - Develop and implement as well as providing solutions, corrective and preventive actions to address quality control issues and prevent recurrence. Focus on process control, arising problem on operations that effects on quality on materials, process,and products.
    - Develop and maintain best practices on GMP/GHP system, and food safety culture in the operation lines.
    - Create policy, give guidance and drives quality team for continuous improvement.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree or higher in Food/Meat Science & Technology or related fields
    - At least 10 years experiences in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance & System, preferred in food manufacturing, and cooked chicken industry will be an advantage.
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    ‐ Strong knowledge in food hygiene and food safety management such as HACCP system, and/or other GFSI standard.
    - Ability to learn communication, teamwork and organizational skills to carry out projects to meet timelines.
    - Possess management leadership abilities and skills, such as the ability to build team.
    - Demonstrated experience coaching and developing individual.

  • 福利制度

    - The employee can select to get a position car or car allowance.
    A: position car + gasoline fleet card THB 12,000/month
    B: If car allowance is selected, car allowance of THB 30,000 for GM respectively. Gasoline cost is included in car allowance.
