    - Good command of English (Business level)
    - Experience: doesn't matter
    - Able to accept new set-up company

    【Advantage】
    - Graduate from Top university
    - Experience in consulting firm/research firm would be advantage
    - Japanese skill (JLPT N2 up) would be advantage
    - Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
