工作内容
[Product] Pressing metal automotive parts
- Part quality control (Incoming, In process, Outgoing/final QC)
- New model mass production.
- Claim management: Receive claim → containment action → problem analysis → permanent improvement → Yokoten (Countermeasure deployment)
- Support and negotiate with customers as required.
- Manage QA, QC team and skill development for qualified competency
- Supplier quality development- roles (if required)
- Othe assigned from commander (GM, President)
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- QA, QC Functional work experience at least 5 years
- Direct experience of automotive part for press production and QC
‐ Must have IATF16949 lead auditor certificated
- Good command of English
【Advantage】
- Good knowledge & skill for automotive body part will be advantaged
- Good work-attitude and management skill
- Good knowledge and experience in QMR for IATF & car maker requirements such as policy management, KPI management, management review, Internal & External audit
- Good negotiation skill英文
