工作内容
- Responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies, manage and monitor sales performance, and build strong relationships with key customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
资格
应征条件
【Must】
• Experience in Security system service provider (Fire extinguish, GPS, etc.)
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or related role
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in both Thai and English language英文
