  1. Purchaser
  1.1 Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and other criteria.
  1.2 Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous contracts and pricing.
  1.3 Generate and manage purchase orders for required goods and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies.
  1.4 Analyze procurement costs, market trends, and pricing to optimize purchasing decisions and reduce costs.
  1.5 Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor their performance, and address any issues that may arise.
  1.6 Ensure procurement activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.
  1.7 Manage the procurement budget, track expenditures, and report on cost-saving opportunities.
  1.8 Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  
  2. Warehouse Supervisor
  2.1 Lead, train and control the team of storekeepers on store and logistics functions, inventory control and documentation to achieve timely and accurate inventory records and compliance with company’s system of controls and procedures.
  2.2 Organize and maintain inventory accuracy and storage area.
  2.3 Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
  2.4 Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
  2.5 Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
  2.6 Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
