[Responsibilities]
- Oversee full-range HR services, such as performance management, manpower planning, recruitment,development, performance evaluation, employee benefits, and working with department heads to reduce and resolve employee issues.
- Develop and improve the company’s HR systems, including work process optimization and incorporating technology into HR functions.
- Develop and maintain company policies and regulations.
- Manage and audit payroll systems, including compensation calculation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Collaborate with management and department heads on annual performance reviews, salary adjustments, budgeting, annual bonuses, and performance-based bonuses.
- Utilize Google Workspace tools and Google Sheets formulas to enhance HR department efficiency.
- Manage visa and work permit processes for foreign employees.
- Provide consultation on employee income tax matters and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Resolve internal organizational issues, foster positive employee relations, and promote teamwork.
- Oversee ISO management and ensure the company’s operations comply with established standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and provide legal guidance to management on related matters.
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
[Must]
- At least 5 years of experience as HR manager level up
- Strong knowledge and experience in labor laws and relevant regulations, VISA/Work Permit, and personal income tax for both Thai and foreign employees.
- English: Business level (TOEIC score of 800 or equivalent) *Can report to foreigner in appropriate English
[Other required strength]
- Strong planning, organizational development, and project management skills.
