  JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
  - To monitors all the actions in order to achieve the objectives
  - Planning manpower, equipment, raw materials and method to comply with the requirements production plan and quality.
  - Analysis to solve the problems and make prevent for the production process.
  - Coordinates with the APQP team.
  - Product and process control.
  - Provide proper training plan for subordinate.
  - Supports the overall Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) 5S and other programs.
  - Follow the master plan deployment process to the ensures its effectiveness.
  - Summarize production monthly report to manager and Asst.
  - Other assignments by Asst. Manager and Manager.
