    - Analyze and solve computer system problems for users who report problems via telephone, email, and Line
    - Provide Remote support and Onsite support to resolve problems as quickly as possible.
    - Install Windows and MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
    - Install Microsoft Outlook or Office365
    - Install Antivirus, Internet Security programs for PC
    - Install printers or multifunction's for use in the office
    - Solve network system problems such as IP Address, DNS, DHCP, etc.
    - Setup various programs
    - Use programs for remote access such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk skillfully
    - Set up(install) server and client PC
    - Design network configuration diagrams
    - Other tasks assigned

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Management Sciences or related fields
    - Communicative English Level
    - Experience at least 1 year in working Software solution, IT solution, Network solution, IOT solution or relate IT company
    - Have experience set up to Server equipment or Hardware equipment and Knowledge of computer hardware and software (PC & Notebook)

    [Advantage]
    - Have driver's license
    - Have knowledge or experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Firewall, VMWare Esxi systems
