  - Lead and manage the QA/QC department, ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards.
  - Develop and implement quality assurance protocols, including inspection processes, testing methods, and corrective actions.
  - Oversee the entire QA process from incoming materials inspection to final product release, ensuring that all procedures comply with company standards and customer requirements.
  - Liaise with the Japan headquarters to align on quality standards and processes, participating in regular meetings (3-4 times a month) conducted in Japanese to discuss quality performance and strategic initiatives.
  - Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and certifications, and lead the preparation for any external quality audits.
  - Other tasks as assigned by the Factory Manager
