  Quality Management System:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards, including ISO14001.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
  • Manage documentation and records related to quality processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality management principles and practices.
  • Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies and customer requirements.
  • Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate
  • Ensure corrective actions are undertaken properly.
  
  Corporate Governance:
  • Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Corporate to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations and set a plan for timely compliance projects with the concerned department.
  • Monitor compliance with corporate governance standards, including risk management, internal controls, and ethical conduct.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of corporate governance practices, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication of corporate governance policies to all employees and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with senior management and the board of directors to ensure adherence to governance standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on corporate governance activities and compliance to senior management and the board.
  • Support and oversee product/Projects trials from regulatory perspective.
