Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation and wiring guidance about Turnstile product to SI.
- Responsible for Entrance & Exit project implementation, including hardware (ANPR camera, barrier gate, card dispense, etc.) installation, wiring, and software configuration.
- Resolves user problems about the system
- Do site survey and suggest the solution and equipment installation about E&E scenario.
- Guide and training the installer or SI about installation, wiring and configuration.
- Provide trouble shooting and technical support remotely or onsite.
- Learning new product and solution and writing How To doc.
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
- Age 25-35
- Bachelor degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred.
- At least 2 -year- experiences in technical support, or equipment installation.
- Familiar with Entrance & Exit products with experience about ANPR, Barrier Gate, Card/Ticket Dispenser will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems
- Customer service skills and awareness, work well under pressure, willing to work outside.ความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
