  - To manage the line to agreed output levels with a maximum conformance to agree to delivery time and agreed quality standards and waste level.
  - To optimize the process, providing stable and cost-effective operations.
  - Lead the team for trouble shoot, establish the root causes of process issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
  - Lead the process engineering team to improve continuously efficiency, waste level and productivity.
  - To manage staff in a good manner which is seem to be motivate, equitable and transparent, also, to ensure that all staff are trained up to their maximum potential capability.
  - Control and maintain all operation-related expenditures. Report to Production Manager all major cause deviations from the production plan.
  - To assist the production manager in identifying and investigating near-misses, process upsets and excursions, incidents and accidents. To manage safety and environment of departing from specified operating procedure.
  - To coordinate with the Maintenance Dept. to ensure that the machine are systematically maintained to maximum operational efficiency.
  - To undertake internal audit of the process in ISO9001, GHPs/HACCP, BRCGS Packaging, HALAL, ISO15378 and all other further systems, as requested.
  - Assurance quality in critical item and problem solving for customer complaint.
  - Response for continuous improvement project as process and quality improvement, identify and promote opportunities for process improvement
  - To follow all Quality Hygiene and Safety regulation.
