  - Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, develop and execute successful EDM strategies to
  maximize the amount of traffic to our website and to our physical stores while increasing memberships.
  - Data analysis and being able to co-work with the data team to create or customize the data dashboard for Thailand.
  - Work with the Marketing & Communications team and be aligned with Communications
  calendar / Commercial strategies / Key messages / Tone of voice etc.
  - Help grow our e-commerce presence by working closely with the wider Digital and Customer
  Service teams to cater for all members' needs.
  - Design several weekly EDMs, adjusting copy, tone of voice and creative approach tailored to
  each audience and campaign.
  - Build automation to improve retention and conversion.
  - For each customer segment: work on the whole funnel: test, Analyse, and act to optimize performance.
  - Collaborate with teammates in charge of landing pages, UX etc.
  - Produce Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports and offer suited actions in-line with the team’s objectives.
  - Also work and initiate other communication channels to strengthen the customer life cycle ie.
  LINE OA, in-app push, etc.
  - Data protection.
