' Responsible for Sales & Marketing matters focusing on Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Myanmar '
- To activate sales & business development for cross border trucking product as per KPI set;
- Lead the sales team by developing and implementing sales plans to increase the company's profit and motivating the sales team to hit sales goals;
- To build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- To establish and develop new business with existing and new customers;
- To promote EH Utara brand name in the market;
- To define, develop and implement the business plan in Thailand;
- Act as business subject matter expert in development of our sales strategy, sales pipeline, and development to support more efficient and effective business development processes.
- To maintain good relationship with trucking partners;
- To assist in market studies and analysis;
- Lead, collaborate and participate with internal teams (Commercial, Operations, Finance etc. in determining Customer solutions with integrity, tact, courtesy, and persistence.
- Review weekly/monthly sales activities and prospective customers
- Communicate effectively and regularly with Management on goals, challenges, and objectives
- To perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the Executives

【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree / University graduated in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in in executive-level in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry with PROVEN sales track record.
- Knowledge in 3PL/Contract Logistics / Cross border trucking will be an added advantage.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attitude, independent and self-motivated
- Strong presentation skills with fluency in both written & spoken English.
- Possess own vehicle and is willing to travel.
【Professional Skills】
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and/or Chinese will be advantage.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
- Self-confident with positive attitude with strong negotiation skills such Land- Air/Sea-Truck service, CBT, Consolidation/Groupages etc.
