  - Be the main point of contact in assisting with visa and work permit process
  - Liaise with recruit team on timeline of expat hiring procedures
  - Oversees the aspect of visa and work permit transitioning for new applicant (qualification suitability and document completion)
  - Direct day-to-day operation within the visa team to ensure smooth operation
  - Prepare documents and information required by government / authorities
  - Maintain strong working relationship with immigration and labor department
  - Maintain updated information on changes to immigration legislations
  - Provide updated information / and or / training to HR team to enhance details and knowledge on immigration rules (to fulfil role effectively)
