■ Manage the training activities, both individual and group.
■ Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of learning and development activities.
■ Continually look for innovative ways to design and deliver programs based on the latest learning trends.
■ Set guidelines to manage career paths, including a career framework, rotation, and promotion, and create linkages with other work systems.
■ Delivering a training and development program to accomplish the organization’s goals and providing coaching as needed
■ Deliver and facilitate effective, engaging learning and development programs (both face-to-face and virtual sessions) that delight employees and achieve measurable learning outcomes.
■ Design and implement integrated online and offline solutions, such as e-learning platforms, to support current and future employee development needs.
■ Prepare reports on training course certifications and submit them quarterly to the Skill Development Department (government office).
■ Identify training needs within the organization through job analysis and performance analysis (skill gaps) and recommend targeted training.
■ Develop and implement policies and procedures, including talent management programs, skill matrices, and individual development plans.
■ Manage the training budget and ensure the company obtains the best possible pricing.

応募条件
■ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Social Science, Human Resource, or related field.
■ At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HRD, talent management strategies or a related role, with experience in designing and conducting training.
■ Good at English both writing and speaking.
■ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs.
■ Computer literacy; familiar with MS Office, SAP, and Oracle英語
