  - Plan and manage service schedules, allocate tasks effectively, and oversee service documentation for accuracy.
  - Engage with customers on equipment and machinery assessments, service scheduling, and post-service feedback.
  - Provide advanced technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  - Oversee after-sales agreements, including contract renewals and client follow-ups.
  - Manage 3 engineers
