  - Generate and prepare reports on sales and marketing activities
  - Generate and prepare quotations and breakdown for customers
  - Handle customers and receive complaints regarding sales and service
  - Review operational records and report to Marketing Manager
  - Represent company to promote products
  - Perform any other related duties as Marketing Manager or MD may require
