    As the CFO / Financial GM, you will oversee department management, employee leadership, and the development and execution of financial strategies across a broad range of responsibilities.
    - Lead financial planning and analysis, ensuring collaboration across business units.
    - Develop and implement financial strategies to align with organizational goals.
    - Oversee the introduction and optimization of financial systems and processes.
    - Direct project finance initiatives, including budgeting and cost analysis.
    - Manage treasury functions, including cash flow, credit, and collections.
    - Supervise financial reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
    - Ensure compliance with financial procedures and policies.
    - Support audit processes and provide financial insights to senior leadership.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    Must:
    - Age over 45-55 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, management
    - English in Business level
    - More than 20 years of working experience in Financial as a GM / Director / CFO

    Skill:
    - Develop, implement, and oversee of Financial strategies
    - Create report and monitor financial trends by using analyze financial data
    - Having the strong knowledge of profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet, investment, TAX

    Advantage:
    - Experience work with Japanese will be advantage
    - Japanese in Business level (JLPT N2 up) will be advantage
