    - Bachelor’s Degree (Can be flexible if well-experienced)
    - Familiar with local parts market major competitors & suppliers
    - Minimum 3 years Aisa Pacific region construction machinery parts sales management experience at OEM or dealers
    - Have own car
    - Can go to business trip
    - Good command in English
