    • Experience at least 5 years
    • Business Application development experience, more than 3 years
    • Business Application development team leader experience
    • Development Skill of Business Application (Web and Mobile Application)
    • Management Skill of Business Application Development
    • Native Thai language speaker, Fluent in Japanese and English language

    Understanding Project Management Method in Application Development (Waterfall and Agile)
    • Working experience in Japanese company
    • Business Application development project management experience
    • Excellent in English
    • Good communication skill and Service mind
    • Good team player
    • Good presentation skill
