  - Medical Strategy Planning and Execute (included budget plan, control, and tracking)
  - Ensure integration of medical affairs activities into the broader organizational strategy
  - Taking care all related Medical affairs Activities throughout product life cycle
  - Collaborate with cross-functional and alliance team to ensure medical input into product development, launch, and post-marketing phases
  - Provide accurate and up-to-date medical information to external Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), including responding to inquiries and requests
  - Develop and implement medical educational programs for internal staff and external stakeholders
  - Stay updated on scientific and medical advancements relevant to the organization's therapeutic areas
  - Data generation and publication
  - Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
  - Collaborate with HCPs to gather insights, feedback, and expert opinions relevant to the organization's products
