  [Job Purpose]
  - To achieve recovery targets and improve the efficiency of the Debt Control Process
  - To strengthen the work process following standards
  - To have the strategy to manage higher recovery for the company
  
  [Job Descriptions]
  - Continually improve the process as well as reduce unnecessary functions to increase efficiency.
  - Review annual business plan and budget plan of write-off expenses
  - Provide information or new ideas to improve the system or work process
  - Lead and challenged team members to achieve the company’s targets
  - Monitor and control results of sue cases
  - Coordinate and monitor progress, and evaluate the performance of outsourced agents as well as balance the company’s benefit
  - Coaching, solving issues, and giving corrective measures to subordinates.
  - Perform and or oversee special projects or assignments that are highly sensitive or complex
  - Manage and control litigation operation
