    - Consistently deliver exceptional sales results plan to maximize the growth and profitability of the customer in their area
    - Develop all relevant data to support the annual sales and execution plan of the responsible customer
    - Promote the customer capability’s development and loyalty to Royal Canin
    - Implement action plans and execute the annual plan with their customer : Marketing activation plan , Promotion plan , Merchandising plan relevant to each Pillar’s purpose
    - Differentiate Royal Canin brand from competition through education to customers
    - Execute recommendation development to customer
    - Execute merchandising in-store & out-store
    - Ensure well stock management and avoid shortage at store
    - Be Good Brand Ambassador and deliver/sustain good relationship with customer
    - Assures compliance of all policies, procedures, and practices of the company
    - Resolution of customers’ complaints through direct/indirect action and collaboration with related functional teams.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - At least 2 year experience on sales , background of sales position
    - Experience on petfood / FMCG business is an advantage
    - preferably (priority given to those) with experience in Petfood industry
    - Familiar of each operation model
    - Good planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
    - Ability to implement, and ensure compliance with, company policies & procedures
