  - Manage the estimation of components and handle order placements via company systems
  - Coordinate with customs brokers
  - Monitor the progress of shipments, liaise with shipping carriers, and update customers on delivery status to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
  - Assist in managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating stock replenishment to meet customer needs.
  - Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and shipping documents.
  - Prepare and issue sales quotations and proforma invoices based on pricing guidelines and customer requirements.
