  • Well experience in plastic injection & techniques for daily production line (diagnosis of failures, product defects)
  • Improve the machining process, Propose, review and implement improvement new techniques.
  • Calculate quotes when required by customers (quotation of production costs, molding costs)
  • Train department staff and other departments when required.
  • Plans and supervise subordinates
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Maintain ISO 9001, IATF16949, 5S systems
  • Reduce errors, labor cost; arrange production stages and instruction well
