    - Being responsible all document both of suppliers and customers.
    - Preparing Contract, Delivery Order Sheet, Tax Invoice, Bill Replacement and Others.
    - Experiences in import/Export and understand related documents (such as BL, customs)
    - Creating and maintaining customer master data, new product data into company system
    - Coordinating with other departments especially Accountant for a smooth workflow and operation
    - Assist in managing and tracking purchase document
    - Closely monitoring and coordinating on fulfilment of billing and payments
    - Provides secretarial support to all sales staff
    - Maintain organized any assign report to the Management
    - Other assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor degree in any field
    - English Business Level 3
    - At least 2-3 years of working experience as an sales coordinator at the trading industry

    - Able to start immediately
