    [Job Description]
    - Client Relation
    Visit clients, analyze organizational/human development problems, and create proposals
    * So far, our clients are mostly Japanese companies, but we are expecting to have more international companies in Thailand and in other ASEAN countries
    * Our solution is workshops and consulting
    - Program Design
    Conduct client interviews to understand the conditions of clients and design contents of workshops
    -Project Delivery
    Project management, organize, prepare tools/materials, and run workshop/meeting as a facilitator or a supporter
    - Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - At least 3 years experience in HR consulting or at least 5 years experience in proposal based sales of intangible products
    - Business level English
    ‐ Interested in people and organisations (and can explain why you are interested in them when applying)
    - Time management (Able to think ahead, schedule, and work accordingly)
    - Logical thinking (Able to extract clear conclusion with credible reasons)
    - Presentation (Able to talk positively in front of audience with comprehensive materials)

    - Have experience of team management and project management
