• Job Description

  ‐ Management of the manufacturing processes (production control, quality control)
  - Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility.
  - Manage the productivity, the quality, the safety, delivery, and COST
  - Supervise production to ensure it meets the production plan efficiently and aligns with KPIs.
  - Control production costs to meet KPI targets.
  - Ensure employee safety, hygiene, and working environment.
  - Manage and train the employees
  - Prepare and review the production reports.
  - Report the performance to Management team.
  - Other duties as directed
