• Job Description

  - Define and plan projects from budget, duration, and manpower.
  - Check and follow up all of relevant sectors to ensure that the plan is implemented successfully.
  - Review progress reports, track progress, and drive action plans to achieve goals.
  - Contact, coordinate and push for the correct solution and solve the problem.
  - Plan to prevent various problems that may occur. Assess the risks that may occur and prevent those risks successfully.
  - Verify the accuracy and quality of project work to ensure it complies with the agreement and model.
  - Manage and oversee projects from start up until project done.
  - Manage budget and estimate costs. (forecasted cost)
  - Prepare Cash flow report including evaluation, analysis and prepare appropriately
  - Check and approve the Payment form / work installment form, various reports
