• Job Description

  - Achieve co-generation plant performance KPI (e.g., power generation & heat recovery efficiency, utilization)
  - Make annual maintenance plan of co-generation plant for PM approval
  - Implement annual maintenance plan by managing site members and/or vendors under the supervision of PM
  - Summarize the monthly operation results (for invoicing work, internal report and report to authority) for PM approval
  - Analyze/evaluate monthly operation results and identify improvement potentials in co-generation plant operation
  - Analysis for problems during operation and propose countermeasure to PM
  - Make procurement requisition of items required for maintenance, verify the delivery and manage inventory/asset at site under PM's supervision.
  - Make the required report to the relevant authorities (e.g., DIW, IEAT, PEA, MEA) for PM approval
  - Achieve no accidents and good compliance with law under PM's supervision.
  - Support work assigned by PM with related to client management, people management and budget control.
  - Improve O&M utilizing good tools and/or system such as 5S
  - Training for operation team
  - Work under Plant Manager's assignment
