    - Conduct overall delivery tasks based on customers' sales orders.
    - Contact suppliers, forwarders, and warehouses.
    - Issue invoice, follow-up on deliveries, and input data on system.
    - Purchasing Order (PO) key into system.
    - Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bacherlor Degree in any field
    - Minimum 1 year experience in sales coordinator/import-export task
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 up)
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in working at trading firm would be advantage
    - Japanese level N2
    - Good Computer skill (MCS Word， Excel， PPT)
    - Personality: Positive, Cooperative, High-responsibility
