  Product : Non-Life insurance like marine, miscellaneous, fire and motor insurance.
  
  1. Achieve 2022 target in Northeast area.
  2. Monitor dealer movement and update the situation.
  3. Marketing trip to visit and motivate dealer in Northeast area. (4 times/year)
  4. Introduce new insurance product to dealer and convince dealer to start selling.
  5. Summary of marketing trip report by quarter.
  6. Keep relationship between company and dealer.
  7. Collect competitors’ information to analyze and compete.
  8. Immediately solve dealers’ operation and claim problem.
  9. Support other departments such as Claim, Operation and IT.
  10. Find new dealer or bring dealer back from other competitors in all project.
  11. We visit customer with our company car and driver, then no need for driver license.
