  • Job Description

    -Coordinate with client and supplier
    -Prepare sales document (ex. PO, PR, DO, Invoice etc.)
    -Estimate purchase order (from client) and report to immediate supervisor
    -Prepare and schedule material control (JK)
    -Manage and liaise product delivery to client
    -Coordinate with internal accounting dept.
    -Manage Stock and inventory
    -Prepare and keep ISO document
    -Handle on complain and after sales service
    -Other assigned by supervisor or authorized management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Minimum working experience 1-2 years
    -Have Experience working in a Japanese company in trading industry or logistic ***
    -English level is Business level/Communication level
    -If candidate have knowledge about ERP system, we will special consideration.
