  • Job Description

    - Analyze and plan marketing strategies, including the creation of various promotions to boost sales and maximize profit.
    - Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify ways to increase sales and expand the customer base.
    - Maintain the brand image and product display in stores, as well as promotional materials, ensuring they are visually appealing, meet standards, and effectively drive sales.
    - Plan sales strategies and manage sales performance to meet set targets.
    - Develop and improve sales and marketing processes; manage, support, and provide guidance to the sales team to achieve targets.
    - Retain existing customers, build new customer bases, track customer needs and feedback, set pricing, and analyze customer needs and buying behavior.
    - Explore new trends, innovations, or sales channels to expand the customer base.
    - Coordinate with internal and external teams as needed.
    - Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing management.
    - Experience in stationery, office supplies, books, or the printing business is preferred.
    - Strong knowledge and ability in sales analysis, marketing, and understanding customer needs.
    - Leadership, planning, negotiation, coordination, communication skills, and good interpersonal skills.
    - Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
    - Responsible, with a good work attitude, and able to handle and solve problems effectively.
