    [Mainly Job Description]
    - Develop new business for companies mainly dealing with air conditioning products (other: home appliances, car audio) and other EMS companies
    - Business trips for sales to overseas (ASEAN or India) *Frequency depends on the situation.

    - Provide technical explanations and support to customers, assisting with product usage and troubleshooting
    - Propose product customizations and optimal technical solutions tailored to customer needs
    - Collaborate with the sales team, offering technical advice to support business negotiations and projects
    - Relay customer feedback and market information internally to improve products
    - Create product manuals and technical documents, and prepare training and presentation materials for customers
    - Management and guidance of the sales engineering team.
    - Regularly evaluate the team's performance and report to upper management
    - Other needed task

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Have driver license and own a car
    - Bachelor degree in Electronical engineering
    - Have at least 2 years experience as an assistant manager or manager
    - Have at least 5 years experience of sales engineer in Japanese B2B Electrical manufacturer or related company
    - Have knowledge of electrical component. (Ex: Transformers, Reactors, Choke coils, Current sensors)
