  • Job Description

    - Plan marketing communications and continuously improve customer awareness.
    - Analyze consumer behavior, understand needs, purchasing behavior, and satisfaction, and use this information for strategic planning, including campaigns.
    - Plan relationship building with customers and maintain good relationships.
    - Develop budget plans and manage operations while keeping costs within the budget.
    - Improve brand awareness, continuously communicate with customers, and aim for brand establishment and market share expansion.
    - Develop business and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
    - Directs the digital agency in developing and execution the digital component of launch campaigns to maximize awareness and bring in salon traffic
    - Other tasks as assigned by Japanese Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - At least 5 years experience as a brand marketing in FMCG/ Beauty/professional hair/ salon industry
    - Have a good command of English
    - likes using SNS
    - Someone who is willing to work in a startup company and can work flexibly

    [Advantage]
    - Can speak Japanese
