• Job Description

  Be responsible for all Quality and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental Management) processes of the organization in order to ensure compliance with the company's management system
  
  Main duties per area of responsibility
  
  - Implement the quality, safety and environment management system in accordance with Global QHSE department, ensuring that all processes meet established standards.
  - Oversee and lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements, and managing non-conformities
  - Monitor and analyze quality, safety and environment and performance indicators to identify areas for continuous improvement in products and production processes.
  - Train and develop the team on best practices for quality, safety, and the environment, promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  - Collaborate with key departments of the company to ensure that products meet quality, safety, and environmental specifications at all stages of the process.
