    > Business: Property development
    > Responsible for Overall support of sales team and administration tasks (accounting support)
    - Documentation support (Invoice, quotations, other related reports)
    - Occasionally visit constriction sites to observe property projects (has a company car and driver)
    - Create and process purchase order, withholding tax, company tax, expense report
    - Communicate with Japanese managements and local partner companies
    - Communicate with accounting firm
    - Other tasks assigned

    - Bachelors degree in any fields
