  Key Responsibilities:
  •Project Planning & Management:
  - Lead the end-to-end project management process for core system initiatives, including project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  - Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  - Monitor and report on project progress, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
  
  •Stakeholder Management:
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure project objectives are met.
  - Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and senior management, providing regular updates and insights.
  - Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external vendors or partners.
  
  •Risk & Issue Management:
  - Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
  - Maintain a risk register and ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
  - Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
  
  •Resource Management:
  - Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.
  
  •Continuous Improvement:
  - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the core systems team, focusing on process optimization and enhanced project delivery.
  - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their adoption where applicable.
  - Encourage a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
  
  •Technical Expertise:
  - Ensure that the core system is designed and developed in accordance with industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  - Work closely with technical teams to identify and resolve any challenges related to system integration, performance, or scalability.
