  • Job Description

    - Provide support to the Sales Manager in managing day-to-day sales operations
    - Coordinate with internal teams across different regions (Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, India) and external clients within ASEAN and East Asia
    - Assist with preparing sales documentation such as quotations, invoices, and contracts
    - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on client inquiries
    - Track sales progress and update reports for management review
    - Liaise with clients to ensure smooth delivery and address any concerns
    - Support in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and travel arrangements for the Sales Manager
    - Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries
    - Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Female, age 25-29 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - Have a good command of English
    - 2 years experience as Sales Assistant or Customer Service

    [Advantage]
    - Have expereince in Construction or Construction Materials industry
    - Have experience as Import&Export or Logistics
