    Job Descriptions

    - Identify new business opportunity to expand company’s business through all possible channel, building a strong network to achieved assigned sales target.
    - Dealer development, supporting them by providing guidance, technical knowledge, troubleshooting to increase dealer’s capability and performance.
    - Evaluate and monitoring dealer’s sales volume, ensure strong sales pipeline.
    - Relationship management, building strong relationship to improving and retain sales volume.
    - Report weekly/monthly Itinerary and sales activity to superior

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    QUALIFICATION:
    - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
    - Good sales management, opportunity assessment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Position requires up to 50% travel involved
    - Good English communication, reporting to expatriate.

    EXPERIENCE:
    - At least 3 years sales experience in industrial product.
    - Direct experienced selling Cooling tower products will be advantage.

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILL:
    - Aggressive on sales work
    - Ability to problem-solve.
    - Ability to concentrate on tasks, make decisions and work calmly and effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
    - Willingness to be flexible with time and adjust to a changing work environment.
    - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally, while maintaining a client service orientation.
    - Ability to use sound judgment and discretion in dealing with highly confidential information.
