• Job Description

  - Grow organic sales from existing customers with retention campaigns to drive CLV, repeating purchase, higher basket size, and customer engagement.
  - Plan, execute and optimize direct marketing campaigns across multi-channel including email, LINE, push notification, in-app messages, offline event.
  - Collecting data from various sources and use them to create highly personalized and relevant messaging to improve brand loyalty and KPIs such as open, click-through and conversion rates.
  - Derive insights to know more about our customers through data-mining and customer research to find right ways engaging with them and increasing sales opportunity.
  - Provide detailed analytic reports to the team on sales drivers in order to evaluate campaign effectiveness; propose new tests and refine audience segments using test and control-based approach.
  - Explore opportunities to optimize and research new industry trends for increased performance of CRM campaign efforts.
