  JOB SUMMARY;
  The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a crucial role in the strategic leadership and financial management of Triforce Global Solutions, preparing the organization through its initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the stock exchange. The CFO will oversee all financial activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and work closely with the executive team to drive the company's financial strategy and performance.
  
  
  DETAIL JOB SCOPE;
  IPO Preparation:
  - Lead the preparation and execution of financial aspects for the IPO process, including financial reporting, compliance, and liaising with financial advisors, regulators, auditors, and underwriters.
  - Ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements and standards for a successful public offering.
  - Manage investor relations, including communication with potential investors and analysts.
  
  Financial Strategy and Planning:
  - Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  - Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  - Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
  
  Financial Management
  - Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and capital raising activities.
  - Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to local tax regulations and optimization of tax strategies
  
  Accounting & Financial Reporting:
  - Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  - Manage financial reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
  statements.
  ❖ Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data
  - Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  
  Strategic Initiatives:
  - Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  - Collaborate with senior management to identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  - Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions and strategic initiatives
  
  Leadership and Team Management:
  - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
  - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance department.
  - Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and drive financial performance.
