• Job Description

  - General supervision of import arrangement of coffee products (Japan, Malaysia, Europe, etc.)
  ≫Mainly home-use products. The number of orders are calculated by the home-use sales department, and orders are placed accordingly.
  
  - General arrangement of coffee machine imports (Europe, USA, China)
  ≫Mainly commercial products. The sales department submits the estimated sales volume, but the SCM Manager decides the number of orders.
  
  ‐ Oversee local purchasing arrangements (syrup products, accessories, and other items necessary for business)
  ≫The SCM Manager decides the number of orders for products.
  
  ≫Purchasing coffee beans (Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, etc.)
  ≫Negotiations with suppliers and overall management of import arrangements.
  ≫Collaborate with Thai traders, Laos traders, and Purchasing Department to promote purchasing.
  Negotiate prices, specifications, payment terms, etc.
  
  ‐ Oversee various registration and application arrangements for imports.
  - Apply for import quota for coffee beans, instant coffee, etc.
  - Negotiations with external suppliers such as forwarders, and progress management.
