  - Participate in the formulation of department strategies and business plans. Develop effective, short-term, and long-term plans to guide the function’s future programs and activities
  - Coordinate with key business partners in Sales & Marketing team to ensure timely submission of monthly forecast and annual budget
  - Provide budgeting and forecasting analysis, communicate the results, and provide recommendations to the relevant business parties
  - Be a proactive business partner working with the Alliance team for Oncology products to conduct regular management reports, monthly budget, and result reports
  - Work with the relevant department at ASCA to ensure that the budget is conducted in alignment with the global budget guidelines
  - Manages the development of financial accounting and reporting processes focused on analyzing costs and budgets used to support informed management decision-making
  - Manage and monitor the company’s cash flow and forecasting and perform financial modeling
  - Manage and deliver periodical financial reports, submit to direct superior for references
  - Oversees the collection and analysis of business operational metrics used to develop trend analysis, budget allocations, and forecasting
  - Works with management to develop and deliver the data-driven information needed to plan inventories, products, pricing, production levels, capital expenditures, and other business
  processes. Implements systems and tools to provide accurate and timely regular and ad-hoc reporting for internal planning purposes
  - Creating presentation materials that provide insightful analysis, and recommendations to the top management
  - Conduct and attend various periodical meetings both internally and externally concerning Financial and Accounting management matters
  - Support Executive Corporate Planning Directors’ role for 3rd party management in terms of Financial and Accounting matters
  - Performs other duties or special projects as assigned
