    - Troubleshooting with customer such as non-functional laptops and network connectivity problems
    - Taking inquiries and requests form customers regarding IT
    - Providing solution regarding customers IT problems
    - Maintenance Work: on-site support, maintenance tasks
    - Creating report for customers and also the managements
    - Align with the internal engineers to provide solution to customers
    - Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering or IT fields
    - English Conversational level (mainly communicate with local customers)
    - New graduates to within 3 years of experience as an IT support/admin/ help-desk
    - Strong verbal communication abilities (to communicate with customers)

    [Advantage]
    - Has exoneree at an IT outsourcing company
    - Has car and driver's license ( to visit customer's sites)
