• Job Description

  - Recruit and cultivate a team of quality control managers
  - Improve quality management practices inside the company and with manufacturing partners
  - Standardize quality system per ISO and other quality standards, and proactively implement and practice quality work with team to minimize quality failure and production loss
  - Standardize supplier quality management procedures, including traceability management
  - Evaluates Production operations from a strategic level to ensure products meet quality, integrity, and other specifications and requirements.
  - Assist factory to solve various problems in the production process, establish and maintain quality control system according to Weston’s quality standards
  - Work with factories’ QC team for continuous improvement
  - Develop methods to improve manufacturing processes and to ensure quality products
  - Design, improve, and review new codes and procedures for products and processes
  - Work with the management team to prepare and coordinate factory audits
  - Set requirements for raw material suppliers and monitor the compliance
  - Ensure factory complies with local regulatory obligations and the health and safety guidelines
  - Supervise product development process to identify and report deviations from requirements
  - Inspect products according to technical specification and requirement to approve or reject the final products
  - Participate technical support, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors
  - Collection quality inspection data and analyze data to make improvement proposals and suggestions in quality inspection and production processes.
  - Coordinate with oversea quality peers to discuss continual improvements plans and practices into daily QC inspection work with team in Thailand
