  • Job Description

    - Dairy operations for the equipment procurement, inventory management and maintenance function.
    - Track the order, license, inspection, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools.
    - Being an Machinery Manager minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.
    - Track equipment quality throughout the product lifetime and makes recommendations for alternative if needed.
    - Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
    - Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
    - Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Male or Female, Age between 38-45 years
    2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
    3. Experience with process improvements (Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma)
    4. Excellent leadership and man management skills
    5. Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
    6. Excellent in English written, verbal and presentation skills
    7. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
    8. Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
