• Job Description

  - Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including the coordination and completion of annual audits.
  - Handle BOI (Board of Investment) related matters, ensuring compliance with Thai BOI regulations.
  - Manage tax-related activities, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
  - Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
  - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.
  - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  - Support the team in resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
  - Supervise a team of 10 accounting staff.
  - Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
  - Potentially take on the role of Division Manager, overseeing multiple departments within the company.
  - Other tasks as assigned
